Meet Dr. Lejla Zoronjic

Dr. Lejla Zoronjic (or Dr. Zoro for short!) is a pediatric dentist who believes that oral health plays a major role in the overall wellbeing of a child. She is passionate about providing quality oral healthcare and creating a safe, positive, and fun dental experience. Her goal is to help her patients build a foundation for a lifetime of good oral health.

Dr. Zoro was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and moved to Houston as a young child. She has called Houston home since and has had the pleasure of living all over the Greater Houston area. She truly loves the city and the people in it! 

While studying at the University of Houston, Dr. Zoro found her passion in dentistry during an outreach trip. It was during this trip that she realized the impact that proper dental care can have on the individual and the community. After receiving her Biology degree, Dr. Zoro completed her dental training at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. Her love of children and passion for their health led her to complete specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Texas Children’s Hospital, Memorial Hermann Hospital, and the University of Texas Health Science Center. 

When not helping her little patients, she’s busy at home with her own little one. Dr. Zoro is married to her high school sweetheart, Conner, and they have a beautiful little girl named Eleina. They love spending time outside, traveling, and getting to experience the little joys in life with their daughter.
