What is the Membership Plan?
Why we created it
Pearland Pediatric Dentistry created this annual plan for families who do not have dental insurance or dental benefits. This plan helps families save on care. Membership expires one year from the day you start. Dues are paid in full at registration (no third-party financing) and are non-refundable. Discounts on treatment do not include dental anesthesiologist fees.

Less than 3 years of age

3 to 5 years of age
- 2 periodic exams
- 2 professional cleanings

- 2 bitewing radiographs + 2 periapical radiographs + 2 complimentary additional radiographs (excluding panoramic X-ray)
- 1 complimentary emergency/limited exam
- 15% off treatment and additional procedures
OPTION 3
6 to 11 years of age
- 2 periodic exams
- 2 professional cleanings
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 2 bitewing radiographs + panoramic X-ray + complimentary additional radiographs
- 1 complimentary emergency/limited exam
- 15% off treatment and additional procedures
OPTION 4
12 years and older
- 2 periodic exams
- 2 professional cleanings (adult)
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 4 bitewing radiographs + panoramic X-ray + 2 complimentary additional radiographs (excluding panoramic X-ray)
- 1 complimentary emergency/limited exam
- 15% off treatment and additional procedures

This membership is designed for patients who do not have dental insurance or dental benefits and runs for one year from the start date. Payment is due in full at registration and is non-refundable. Treatment discounts do not apply to fees for dental anesthesiologists.
